Sugar Donuts

This Sugar donuts is so simple and delicious to make. The fun part about this donut is when you get to shape the donuts. When frying the donuts, it does not take a lot of time.
I decide to put some sugar on the donuts, but if you do not like sugar, you can put what every glaze or topping of your desire. Kids and adults would love these donuts because you can make your own dounts. You will like these donuts a lot. Try the recipe and enjoy!!!

Ingredients:

200 g All purpose flour
3g instant yeast
1 egg (room temperature)
20g of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
15g unsalted butter melted (room temperature)
460 g of water
add some more water if the dough is dry
a bowl of sugar to coat the donuts


Direction:

1. Prepare all the ingredients and set it aside.

2. Use a clean bowl and add 200g all purpose flour 3g of instant yeast, 20g of sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt, 15g of room temperature unsalted butter melted, 60g of cold water.

3. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon and stir in the middle to form a dough as much as you can.

4. Use your hands in a bowl and knead the dough. The dough will be very sticky. Do not forget to scrape off the pieces of dough that is stuck on your hands and fingers, by using some flours If the dough is dry, you can add a bit of water in the dough bit by bit until the dough is not dry, and keep on kneading for 8-10 minutes, until it spring back to the touch when you press on the dough with your finger.
5. Put oil inside around the bowl. and place your dough in the bowl. Pat some oil all around the dough. Use a plastic wrapper and cover the dough bowl. Let it sit and raise for 1 hour until it is double the size.

6. When the dough has been double in size. Take some flour and dust on your working surface and place the dough on the working surface. Take the rolling pin and add some flour on the rolling pin so that it will be easier to roll. Roll the dough into a square shape and not too thin.

7. Take a donut mold or a cup and make a couple of round donut shape. Then take a small roll tube and make a round circle in the middle. (If you do not have a donut mold) Take the middle part off. Try and peel off the dough edge pieces.

8. Place each dough donuts and the small pieces on the tray or plate. Let it set and raise for 30-40 minutes.

9. Take a sauce pan and put some oil and turn the heat to medium and wait until the sauce pan oil is hot.

10. Put in 2-4 donuts in the sauce pan oil. Keep an eye on the donuts. If one side is golden brown that means you need to flip the donut on the other side and cook until it is golden brown. When it is all ready, take it out and place it on the wire rack.

11. Take a bowl of sugar. While it is still warm and hot. Place the dounts in the sugar and coat it all around on both sides. Place all donuts on the plate.

12. Repeat the same steps for the rest of the donuts.

13. When it is all done, now you can eat and enjoy!!!!

Raisin Scone

IMG_20200528_235827This is the first time I made scone. It was not too hard and easy to make. It does not contain too much ingredients. The scone are very tasty. I made it in a triangle shape.
The only thing you need is a lot of strength squeezing the dough together. It was not
too sweet. I like it a lot. If you keep it for the next day, it can be more tasty.  Try the
recipe and enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flours
1/2 cup raisins or nuts your choice
1/4 cup of cold butter or oil
3/4 cups of evaporate milk or whipping cream ( Make sure it is cold)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/4 cups of sugar
1 tablespoon of orange peel (optional)

Direction:
1. Prepare all the ingredients on a tray
2. In a measuring cup add in 3/4 cup of whipping cream or evaporate milk
(if you use the evaporate milk from can, make sure you put in fridge to make
it cold)
3. Preheat oven at 425f  continuously  until you are ready to bake.
4. In a large bowl, add in 2 cups of all purpose flour and baking powder.
5. The bowl with 1/4 cup of cold butter, use a knife and cut into small pieces
6. Add the cold butter in the bowl with the flour and baking soda mixer.
Use 2 knifes and Chris cross cutting the all the butter in the mixer very well
until you see no butter showing.
7. Add in the orange peel and mix well using a spatula (Note” if you do not want
to put orange peel you can eliminate this step)
8. Add the sugar in the mixer and continue mixing for 1 min. Then add in the
dry raisins and mix all well.
9. Pour in the cold whipping cream or evaporate milk slowly by mixing at the
same time until it is well combine.
10. Use your hands and squeeze all the dough together to form a round dough.
(note: Do not knead the dough like you would need a bread)
11. Place the dough in a clean table surface or a cutting board and cut the dough
in half.
12. Press the dough flat and cut into 8 pieces like a pizza triangle shape.
13. Repeat the same thing for the 2 half dough.
14. Place a wax or parchment paper on a baking tray. Put all the scone pieces on
the baking tray.
15. You can brush leftover cream, evaporate milk or egg wash of your desire.

16. Bake in a preheat oven at 425F for 15-19 mintues until you feel it is ready and
golden brown.
17. Take the scone out of the baking tray and place it in a rack  to cool it off for
5-10 min
18. Enjoy!!!!

Almond Cranberry Biscotti

Ingredients:
2 Large egg
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup  vegetable oil or corn oil
pinch of salt
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup Almonds (Almond cook before 300c)
1/2 cup all bran buds (optional you can add Cranberries instead of almond or buds)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350c until it is ready to bake.
2. Whisk the eggs, sugar in a mixing bowl till thick, mixture of salt and oil.
3. sift the flour, baking powder and mix.
4. Stir in almonds and buds in egg mixture and then fold in gently with flour mixture
5. Turn out on a lightly floured surface, with 3 equal portions and shape into a flat log,
3 1/2 – 4 inches wide x 3/1 inches thick x9 inches long. Transfer to a large baking sheet
lay with parchment paper.
6. Bake 20-25 minutes, then cool for 5 minutes. Cut the log into slices, and repeat to bake for 10-15 more until the colour turn golden.
7. When it is ready, take it out and place it on a rack to cool down.
8. Enjoy!!!

Banana Milk Shake


This is an easy dessert drink. Does not contain a lot of ingredients.  The Banana Milk

Shake kids and adult will love this drink, on a hot summer days. It will put a smile on

your face. If you can not drink milk then this drink is  not for you. Try this dessert drink

recipe and I guarantee you will enjoy it.

ingredients:
blender                     a large cup      Straw
1 or 2 banana          Milk

Direction:

1. Take out the blender.
2. Cut up one or 2 banana into pieces
3. Put the banana pieces in a blender
4. Pour milk in the blender the amount your desire,
5. start the blender and mix it well (Make sure all the
banana at the bottom are mix).
6. Pour the Banana Milk Shake in a cup
7. Put a straw in the cup
8. If you like you can put fruit on the cup for decoration
9. Enjoy it!!!!!

Brownie’s

This is an easy recipe to make and kids will like this dessert.
Every kids enjoy eating chocolate. I think making this recipe
can make them every happy and enjoy the taste of brownie’s
Give this recipe a try and you will enjoy it.

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
dark chocolate melted from microwave, or dip dark chocolate (optional)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Frosting: (Optional)
3 tablespoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup confectioners’ sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
2. In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, or dark chocolate melted from microwave, or dip dark chocolate (optional)  1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
4 . (optional) To Make Frosting: Combine 3 tablespoons softened butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup confectioners’ sugar. Stir until smooth. Frost brownies while they are still warm.

Rice Krispe

An easy recipe that can be made as a snack. Kids will like such a delicious dessert.
everyone can make this dessert in a fast and easy way. Hope you will
enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
2 ½ cups marshmallows
3 cups puffed rice cereal

PREPARATION
1. Prepare a square glass baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Melt marshmallows over medium heat in a nonstick pan. Stir every 30 seconds to avoid burning.
3. Once the marshmallows are melted, add in the rice cereal
4. Stir until fully combined.
5. Scoop the mixture into the sprayed baking dish and flatten with a spatula.
6. Cool for 30 minutes, then cut into squares.

 

Creme Brulee

Cooking Time:            20 Minutes
Preparation Time:     10 Minutes
Makes about 12 servings

Ingredients
1 quart heavy cream ( can be substitute  by 1 quart of milk)
6 large egg yolks
1 large egg
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Directions
1. In a heavy or milk in a saucepan, scald the heavy cream or milk until bubbles begin to form around the edge of the pan. Remove from heat.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, whole egg, and sugar until well blended. Continue whisking while pouring the hot cream into the mixture.
3. Pour mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large liquid measuring cup to remove any lumps or over-cooked eggs. Stir in vanilla.
4. Divide custard equally among 3- to 4-ounce custard cups or small ramekins. Place in steam trays or on steam oven rack. Carefully slide trays or rack into steam oven. 5. Steam for 25 minutes or until almost set in the center when gently shaken.
6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to 2 days.
7. To serve, sprinkle a small amount of raw sugar on top of each custard and gently turn cups until sugar is dispersed evenly. Broil the custards about 2 inches from the convection oven’s heating element until most of the sugar melts and browns. Watch carefully to avoid burning. Alternatively, working with one custard at a time, hold a small blowtorch so that flame is 2 inches above surface. Direct flame so that sugar melts and browns.

Without using a torch

  1. Preheat 400 degrees oven on boil set
  2. Pinch big sugar or big brown sugar (small pieces of sugar or brown sugar put more around it on top)
  3. Then put on baking pan depending on how high or small is the oven. If it is very small make it higher, so it can be cooked in golden brown.
  4. Let it cool down
  5. You can eat cold or hot depending on your desire.
  6. Cold put in fridge for 30 minute do not leave to long in the fridge or crust will soften.
