Cocoa muffins & Matcha muffins (Green Tea Muffins)

Here are the two easiest cocoa and matcha muffins to make. It does not contain a lot of ingredients. All you need to do is mix the wet in the dry ingredients together. This is so simple and delicious. These muffins are the best snacks for kids to eat, while at home or at school . Once you make these snack for them they would love it very much. This cocoa muffins and matcha muffins are very yummy and delicious. Try this recipe and enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
4 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup of milk (room temperature)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs ( room temperature)
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder dusting on top of muffin

Direction:

Cocoa Muffins

1. Prepare all the ingredients and set it aside.

2. Take 2 eggs out of the fridge. Use a medium side round container
and put some hot water and soak the eggs in it, until it is room temperature.
Then pour out the water from the container in the sink. Then set the eggs aside.

4. Preheat the oven to 375ºF, until you are ready to bake.

5. Take a muffin pan and put the muffin paper on each
of the holes and set it aside.

6. In a clean bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and set it aside.

7. In another bowl, Add in the milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Stir just until combined and don’t over mix.
(Note: if you over mix the batter, it will not come out good while you are baking.)

8. place the batter evenly in each of the prepared muffin cups.

9. In a small bowl,  add 1 teaspoon of cocoa. Use a spoon strainer and sprinkle the cocoa over the tops of the batter filled cups.

10. Put the cocoa muffins pan in the oven. Bake the muffins for 13- 15 minutes. (depending on your oven the time can be longer)

11. when it is ready. Put a toothpick in the muffin and make sure it comes out clean. If it does not come out clean, you need to bake it a bit longer, until the toothpick comes out clean, that when you know it is ready and the bottom has to be golden brown.

12. The left over batter can be bake another 2-3 more cocoa muffins and repeat the same step when baking the muffins.

13. Take the muffin out of the oven.

14. Place the cocoa muffins on the rack and let it cool down.

15. When it is all cool down enjoy!!!

Sugar Donuts

This Sugar donuts is so simple and delicious to make. The fun part about this donut is when you get to shape the donuts. When frying the donuts, it does not take a lot of time.
I decide to put some sugar on the donuts, but if you do not like sugar, you can put what every glaze or topping of your desire. Kids and adults would love these donuts because you can make your own dounts. You will like these donuts a lot. Try the recipe and enjoy!!!

Ingredients:

200 g All purpose flour
3g instant yeast
1 egg (room temperature)
20g of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
15g unsalted butter melted (room temperature)
460 g of water
add some more water if the dough is dry
a bowl of sugar to coat the donuts


Direction:

1. Prepare all the ingredients and set it aside.

2. Use a clean bowl and add 200g all purpose flour 3g of instant yeast, 20g of sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt, 15g of room temperature unsalted butter melted, 60g of cold water.

3. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon and stir in the middle to form a dough as much as you can.

4. Use your hands in a bowl and knead the dough. The dough will be very sticky. Do not forget to scrape off the pieces of dough that is stuck on your hands and fingers, by using some flours If the dough is dry, you can add a bit of water in the dough bit by bit until the dough is not dry, and keep on kneading for 8-10 minutes, until it spring back to the touch when you press on the dough with your finger.
5. Put oil inside around the bowl. and place your dough in the bowl. Pat some oil all around the dough. Use a plastic wrapper and cover the dough bowl. Let it sit and raise for 1 hour until it is double the size.

6. When the dough has been double in size. Take some flour and dust on your working surface and place the dough on the working surface. Take the rolling pin and add some flour on the rolling pin so that it will be easier to roll. Roll the dough into a square shape and not too thin.

7. Take a donut mold or a cup and make a couple of round donut shape. Then take a small roll tube and make a round circle in the middle. (If you do not have a donut mold) Take the middle part off. Try and peel off the dough edge pieces.

8. Place each dough donuts and the small pieces on the tray or plate. Let it set and raise for 30-40 minutes.

9. Take a sauce pan and put some oil and turn the heat to medium and wait until the sauce pan oil is hot.

10. Put in 2-4 donuts in the sauce pan oil. Keep an eye on the donuts. If one side is golden brown that means you need to flip the donut on the other side and cook until it is golden brown. When it is all ready, take it out and place it on the wire rack.

11. Take a bowl of sugar. While it is still warm and hot. Place the dounts in the sugar and coat it all around on both sides. Place all donuts on the plate.

12. Repeat the same steps for the rest of the donuts.

13. When it is all done, now you can eat and enjoy!!!!

Pita Bread

This pita bread is so simple and delicious to make. It’s like a pocket bread. The fun part about this bread is that you have to keep an eye on the pita bread while it is puffing up in the oven and then turning it over. The same on a cooking pan. On the pita bread you can put in anything you like and have it for dinner or lunch. Kids and adults would have a great time creating your own food to put inside the pocket bread. You would be very happy and enjoyable such a wonderful pocket bread that you have made today.

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup cold water
5g of instant yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons sea salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
Some cold water to add in dough if it is dry when mixing
some flour on the side for dusting

Direction:

1. Prepare all the ingredients and set it aside.

2. Use a clean bowl and add 3 cups of all purpose flour, 5g of instant yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of oil, 2 teaspoons seas salt and 1 1/2 cups of cold water

3. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon and stir in the middle to form a dough as much as you can.

4. Use your hands in a bowl and knead the dough. The dough will be very sticky. Do not forget to scrape off the pieces of dough that is stuck on your hands and fingers, by using some flours and a bit of oil. If the dough is dry, you can add a bit of water in the dough and keep on kneading for 10-15 minutes, until the dough is not sticky anymore. Form a ball and make sure it springs back to the touch when you press on the dough with your finger.

5. Put oil inside around the bowl. and place your dough in the bowl. Pat some oil all around the dough. Use a plastic wrapper and cover the dough bowl. Let it sit and raise for 1 hour until it is double the size.

6. dust some flour on the working surface and Cut the dough in half. Put the other half of the dough in the bowl and cover it with a plastic wrapper.
(Note: If you do not put plastic wrapper the dough will be dry and not good anymore.)

7. Cut out 6 pieces of dough. Take a dough ball and use your hands to press the back dough ball in a few times. Then roll out the dough to form a ball. Continue doing it for the rest of the dough ball.

8. Place all the dough ball in a container and cover it with a plastic wrapper and let it sit and raise for 10 minutes

9. When 10 minutes is up. Take some flour and dust your working surface. use your hands and flat the dough ball with your bottom palm. Then use a rolling pin and flat out the dough round by turn it it each side and rolling it. Another way you can do is take a dough ball. Use a rolling pin and roll it back and forward then turn it the other side and roll it and keep on turn it it to roll it, so it will turn out flat and round. Continue doing it with the other dough ball.
(note: You need to flour the work surface each time you roll out the dough flat and round or else it will stick and have a hard time.)

10. Place each round dough in a baking try or a rectangular container and let it sit and raise for 30 minutes.

11. Continue the same steps for the other half dough.

12. Preheat oven at 450f (230 degrees) for 10 minute.

13. When the preheat is ready. Place 2 round dough’s on a baking try and put in the oven and bake until the pita bread puff up. . It takes about 1-2 minutes depending on your oven. Then turn it the other side and bake until golden brown and perfect.

14. If you use a pan to cook the pita bread, you need to put it on medium heat. Wait until the pan is hot and place the round dough in the pan. In 30 seconds turn the pita bread over. Wait until it is puff up and flip it the other side and wait until is golden brown and
perfect. Each side takes about 2-4 min depending on your stove.

15. Continue the same steps with the rest of the pita round dough’s. Either on a cooking pan or in an oven.

16. When it is ready. Place it on a wiring rack and let it cool down. When it all cool down it will all become flat.

17. Enjoy!!!!

Cinnamon Muffins

4. Preheat the oven to 375ºF, until you are ready to bake.

5. Take a muffin pan and put the muffin paper on each
of the holes and set it aside.

6. In a clean bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and set it aside.

Steam mantou hot dog bun and regular mantou bun

Ingredients:
300
g all-purpose flour
3g of instant yeast
30g of sugar
9g of oil

160g of cold milk
8 pieces of hot dog
Add more milk if the dough is dry.
a bit of dusting flour for kneading

Direction:

1. use a scale and measure all your ingredients before starting and
set it aside.

2. Use a clean bowl and add 300g of all purpose flour,  3g of yeast, 30g of sugar, 9g of oil and add in 160g of milk.

3. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon and stir in the middle to form a dough as much as you can.

4. Use your hands in a bowl and knead the dough with your strength for 2 min until all combine in a form of a ball dough.

5. Add some more milk and kept on kneading in the bowl for a few seconds.

6. Dust some flour on the working area so the dough will not stick and also your hands. Transfer the dough into a clean tray surface or a  wooden cutting board surface.

7. Knead the dough for 10 min. You should knead the dough like you would wash your clothes by hands.

8. Form a dough ball and place it in a bowl. put some milk around the ball dough. Use a plastic wrapper or a cloth and cover the dough. Let it sit and raise for 10 minutes.
(Note: if you do not cover the dough to raise it will dry up and not good)

9. When the 10 minutes is up. Take the dough out of the bowl and knead for another
2-3 minutes, like you would wash your clothes by hands. Then smack the dough in the
bowl 5-6 times.

11. Form a dough ball and place it in a bowl. put some oil around the ball dough. Use a plastic wrapper or a cloth and cover the dough again. Let it sit and raise for 2 hours or until double the size. (Note: if you do not cover the dough to raise it will dry up and not good)

12. Take the dough out of the bowl and put it on a working surface. Cut the dough in half and put the other half back in the bowl and cover it with a wrapping paper or a cloth so it will not get dry.

20. Take the hot dog and put eight pieces in a bowl and add some water. heat it up room temperature and pour the water in the sink and set it aside.

13. cut the dough into pieces. Use a rolling pin and roll out the dough forward and back and side to side to make it flat like square size.  Cut into strip of line and take 4 to 5 pieces of strip and put have a hot dog on top and roll it out.

14.  You can also do without a hot dog by take 4-5 strips and twist and turn and twist and put it together. The other way you can do is roll it out flat and roll it like a snake and make it like a ball and roll it light on the table.

15.  Repeat the same step for the other half of the dough.

16. cut out some square parchment or wax paper and place the
mantou on top of each one of them.

17. In a cupboard take out a steamer pot and place some cold water in it.

18. use a steamer 2 layer tray, a rack with a plate or a bamboo steamer. Place all the mantou on the top of the steamer witch ever you are using and brush some milk on the top. Then cover the lid.

19. Let it sit and rise for 40-45 mintues

20. When the time is ready turn on the steamer and let it cook for about 30-35 min. The time to take for boiling water and to cook it.

21. When there is 5 min left. Turn the heat off. wait for a bit. Then fast  open the lid without the water dripping in the steam buns.

22. Take it out and place all Mantou on the plate and let it cool
or if you like it hot, you can eat it right away.

Regular Mantou & Bake Mantou

This is the 6th time I make Chinese bread Mantou, by steaming it and also this time i decided to make something different by making baking the mantou, to see how it would taste like without egg and butter. I also decided to brush cold milk on the buns to make it raise better. For the baking matou after raising and while preheating the oven, I  decided to brush oil on the top to make it smell and taste better. Chinese supermarket. Mantou is like a Chinese steam bun. When you look at the recipe and instruction, it looks simple. When you make it, you need to knead like your washing your clothes by hand. The rising process is long at the end. When steam and baking  you can smell the mantou how good it is. It came out very tasty and soft from the inside. This bread is good for breakfast or snack.  You can leave some on a plastic container and to eat it the next day.  If you like you can heat it up. Once you eat it you will like it a lot. Try this recipe and enjoy.


                                                     Regular Mantou (Chinese Steam bun)

Ingredients:
300
g all-purpose flour

13. cut the dough in half and set one aside by using a plastic wrapper to cover.
(Note: if you do not cover the dough it will become dry and you will not be able to use it)

14. Use your hands and roll the dough

15. Cut the dough into 8 pieces.

16. Use a plastic wrapper and cover the un use dough pieces, so that it will not get dry.

17. Take one pieces of dough and lightly pat it flat to take the air out and roll it. Then fold the dough for a few second to get more air inside the dough, so that it will raise better. place the dough on the working surface and lightly roll out the dough as a ball and place it back the plastic wrapper, so it will not get dry.

18. repeat the same thing for the rest of the  pieces.

19.  When the pieces are all done. Take one piece and flatten it lightly with your hands. Use a rolling pin to roll it forward and back very well. Turn the dough that you have roll on the side and roll it out. squeeze it a bit to make the roll stick a 4-5 times by turn the turn and rolling it. Then roll it out light into a ball on the working surface. Repeat the same thing with the other pieces. (note: make sure there are no flour and your hands are wet easier to roll) Make sure do not roll too much.

20. Repeat the same thing with the other half of the dough.

21.When all done. Take a baking pan and place a parchment paper.  Put all the Mantou on the parchment paper. Lightly brush some milk on top of each 

22. Take the baking pan and place all the Mantou sticking together. Put it in the oven to let it sit and rise for 40-45 minutes.

23. When 40 minutes is done. Take it out of the oven and set it aside.

24. Preheat the oven at 375F (180 degrees) for 10-15 min.

25. While waiting for the oven to preheat. Brush some oil on top of each bun again.

26. when the preheat is done. Place the Mantou  in the oven and bake for
10-12 min at 375F (180 degrees). Until golden brown. If you think it is not ready bake for another 15 min. (Note:  depending on your oven the time of baking can vary)

27. When it ready. Transfer it to a wiring rack and let it cool for 10 min or if you like you can eat it right away.

Bake Mantou Hot Dog Bun (no egg and butter)

This is a Mantou hot dog bun. I use the Mantou recipe to make this. This time i decided to make something  by putting a hot dog  inside and baking in an oven. The most part that was long is rising time of the dough and roll the dough. Mantou is like a Chinese steam bun, but i convert it into baking it this time. When you look at the recipe and instruction, it looks simple. When you make it, you need to use a lot of strength to knead. When baking you can smell the mantou hot dog how good it is. It came out very tasty and very healthy. It does not have any eggs and butter. On the top it taste like toasted when you first bake and inside was not to hard and was perfect. This manotu hot dog bun is good for breakfast or snack. . You can leave some on a plastic container and heat it up to eat it the next day. You will like it a lot try the recipe and enjoy.

Ingredients:
300
g all-purpose flour
3g of instant yeast
30g of sugar
9g of oil

160g of cold milk
8 pieces of hot dog
Add more milk if the dough is dry.
a bit of dusting flour for kneading

Direction:

1. use a scale and measure all your ingredients before starting and
set it aside.

2. Use a clean bowl and add 300g of all purpose flour,  3g of yeast, 30g of sugar , 9g of oil and add in 160g of milk.

3. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon and stir in the middle to form a dough as much as you can.

4. Use your hands in a bowl and knead the dough with your strength for 2 min until all combine in a form of a ball dough.

5. Add some more milk and kept on kneading in the bowl for a few seconds.

6. Dust some flour on the working area so the dough will not stick and also your hands. Transfer the dough into a clean tray surface or a  wooden cutting board surface.

7. Knead the dough for 10 min. You should knead the dough like you would wash
your clothes by hands.

8. Form a dough ball and place it in a  bowl. put some milk around the ball dough.
Use a plastic wrapper or a cloth and cover the dough. Let it sit and raise for 10 minutes.
(Note: if you do not cover the dough to raise it will dry up and not good)

9. Take hot dog out of the freezer and let it defrost until you are ready to use. If you bought hot dog already from the store you can leave it the fridge for a 1 and a half  hour
before taking it out.

10.  When the 10 minutes is up. Take the dough out of the bowl and knead for another
2-3 minutes, like you would wash your clothes by hands. Then smack the dough in the
bowl 5-6 times.

11. Form a dough ball and place it in a  bowl. put some oil around the ball dough. Use a plastic wrapper or a cloth and cover the dough again. Let it sit and raise for 1 and a half to 2 hours until double the size. (Note: if you do not cover the dough to raise it will dry up and not good and the maximum time you can raise the dough is 2 hours)

12. Dust some flour on the working area so the dough will not stick and also your hands. Transfer the dough into a clean tray surface or a  wooden cutting board surface.

13. Use a rolling pin and roll out your dough in a flat square and make sure it is evenly.

14. Use your hands and roll the dough

15. Cut the dough into 8 pieces.

16. Take a scale and measure each pieces 65-66 grams. If there are less or more pieces, you can take out some pieces and add it on the missing amount.  (note: make sure when you scale the pieces should be 65-66 grams)

17. Use a plastic wrapper and cover the un use dough pieces, so that it will not get dry.

18. Take one pieces of dough and lightly pat it flat to take the air out and roll it. Then fold the dough for a few second to get more air inside the dough, so that it will raise better. place the dough on the working surface and lightly roll out the dough as a ball and place it back the plastic wrapper, so it will not get dry.

19. repeat the same thing for the rest of the dough pieces.

20.  When the 8 pieces are all done. Take one piece and flatten it lightly with your hands
Use a rolling pin to roll it forward and back very well. Turn the dough that you have roll on the side and roll it out. squeeze it a bit to make the roll stick together tight.

20. Take the hot dog and put eight pieces in a bowl and add some water. heat it up room temperature and pour the water in the sink and set it aside.

21. The surface does not need  a lot flour to roll out each dough because too much flour will not roll out perfectly. Take a cup of water and damp  some water on both hands and roll out the dough, so that when you roll it will have a good grip. For each dough that you roll, take a hot dog and measure each roll that should be 2.5 time longer then the hot dog.
The head has to stick out so when it raise will come out very nice.

22. When you roll out the dough make sure the middle is not very thickness. it will not very nice.

23.  Repeat the same step for all the dough.

24. Let the rolls sit and rise for 2-3 minutes by covering it with a plastic wrapper.

25. Take one roll. Lay it on a working surface. Take a hot dog the head has to be out a bit and slat it on the side and roll to wrap and the end has to stick a bit out too!. on each both side of the end tug it inside by patting some milk to stick it inside. if you see the parts that are not attach together put some milk to attach it together.

26. Repeat the step for each roll dough.

27. When all done. Take a baking pan and place a parchment paper.  Put all the mantou hot dog bun on the parchment paper. Lightly brush some milk on top of each bun.

28. Take the baking pan of mantou hot dog bun and put it in the oven to let it sit and rise for 40 minutes.

29. When 40 mintues is done. Take it out of the oven and set it aside.

30. Preheat the oven at 375F (180 degrees) for 10-15 min.

32. While waiting for the oven to preheat. Brush some milk on top of each bun again.

33. when the preheat is done. Place the Mantou hot dog bun in the oven and bake for
10-12 min at 375F (180 degrees). Until golden brown. If you think it is not ready bake for another 15 min. (Note:  depending on your oven the time of baking can vary)

34. When it ready. Transfer it to a wiring rack and let it cool for 10 min or if you like you can eat it right away.

Soft Ginger Cookies (no molasses)

A simple cookie recipe, that everyone can make. It does not contain a lot of ingredients and you can make this in 30 min. It’s not a very hard cookie to chew. A very soft and healthy cookies. Does not take long to make. I did not put a lot of ginger powder inside because it will be very gingery. When you eat it you do not feel any ginger, but there are some ginger powder inside. It is like gingerbread. Without the molasses it ginger cookies. Kid will love it and you can make some for work, school and at home snack.

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
3 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves (if no cloves can eliminate this)
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, softened or oil
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
6 tablespoons brown sugar
Add some water if the dough is dry when mixing at the end.

Direction:

1. Prepare all the ingredients and set it aside.

2. Take 1 eggs out of the fridge. Use a medium side round container
and put some hot water and soak the eggs in it, until it is room temperature.
Then pour out the water from the container in the sink.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees until you are ready to bake.

4. Take a clean baking bowl. Sift flour, spices, baking soda, salt, and brown sugar in a baking bowl and Set aside.

5. Take another bowl and mix in together the butter or oil and white sugars, and beat in the egg.
6. Gradually stir in the flour mixture into the sugar mixture. Stir very well.7. If the batter is too dry then add some warm water in the dough mixer and mix well combine.

7. put a parchment paper on a baking pan

8. Gently us your hands and form 1 inch balls from the dough and roll them in sugar, if desired.
9. Place it on an ungrease cookie sheet.
10. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. If it is not ready cook for a bit longer.12. When it is ready transfer it to a wire rack to cool off for 10 mintues.

Red Bean Bread Mantou & Regular Bread Mantou (New Improvement)

This is the 5th time I make Chinese bread Mantou. This time i decided to make something different by making mantou into different shapes and animal. I also decided to put cold milk instead of water, to have little change. Some of them inside has red bean paste that you can buy at a Chinese supermarket. Mantou is like a Chinese steam bun. When you look at the recipe and instruction, it looks simple. When you make it, you need to knead like your washing your clothes by hand. The rising process is long at the end When steam cooking you can smell the mantou how good it is. It came out very tasty and soft from the inside. This bread is good for breakfast or snack. . You can leave some on a plastic container and heat it up to eat it the next day. You will like it a lot.
Try this recipe and enjoy.

Ingredients:

Red bean paste from the can (depend how much you need to use for the filling inside )

Direction:
1. use a scale and measure all your ingredients before starting and
set it aside.

2. Use a clean bowl and add 300g of all purpose flour, 30g of sugar, 3g of yeast and 7g of oil and add in 160g of milk.

3. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon and stir in the middle to form a dough.

4. Use your hands in a bowl and knead the dough for 2 min until all combine.

5. if the dough is too hard or dry. Add a bit more cold milk

6. Place the dough on a clean working table surface or a tray. Dust some flour on the
working area so the dough will not stick and also your hands.

7. Knead the dough for 10 min. You should knead the dough like you would wash
your clothes by hand.

8.  Make it round and place it on a clean tray or a working clean table surface. Cover the dough let it sit to raise for 10 minutes.

9. When the raising 10 minute is up, open the cover and cut the dough in half.

10. Cover the other half of the dough, so it will not be dry and not good to use.

11. using your hands and roll the dough into like a snake size.

12. Cut the snake dough in half and combine how many pieces you want and
how big. Make sure to cover the rest of the pieces that are not using with a plastic
wrapping paper, so it will not get dry.

13. Open the red bean paste can and put it in a bowl and set it aside.

14. Take one of the cut up pieces and knead for a few seconds.(note: knead the dough like you would wash your clothes by hands.) Make it like a dumpling round shape and put some red bean paste inside and make the way you want it to close
the shape. If you do not want anything inside you can left it alone.

15. If you like what ever comes to mine, you can take a bit of some pieces on a another dough and make a tail, eyes if you like or small pieces of black sesame.

16. Repeat the same step for each one of them, the shape or animal of your desire. (just be creative)

17. cut out some square parchment or wax paper and place the
mantou on top of each one of them.

18. In a cupboard take out a steamer pot and place some cold water in it.

19. use a steamer 2 layer tray, a rack with a plate or a bamboo steamer. Place all the
mantou on the top of the steamer witch ever you are using and cover the lid.

20. Let it sit and rise for 45mintues

21. When the time is ready turn on the steamer and let it cook for about 30min.
The time to take for boiling water and to cook it.

22. when it is ready. shut the heat off and wait for 5 minutes. Open the lid fast
without letting the water drip on the mantou

23. Take it out and place all Mantou on a clean cloth to let it dry. then transport it to a  plate and let it cool or if you like it hot, you can eat it right away.

Ingredients:

15g of sugar
a pinch of salt
150 g water of luke warm water
7g of oil
Red bean paste from the can (depend how much you need to use)

Direction:
1. use a scale and measure all your ingredients before starting and
set it aside.

2. Using a measuring cup pour 150g of luke warm water. Use a baking
thermometer and put it in the measuring cup and make sure the
temperature is around 30-35 degrees. That is when you know the water
is ready. (Note: Make sure to not leave it out too long because it will get cold
and you will have to remake it again)

3. Use a clean bowl and add 1 cup of all purpose flour, a pinch of salt,
20g of sugar, 5g of yeast and 7g of oil.

4. Use a spatula and slowly pour in the water and mix at the same time.

5. When the water is all slowly pour and mix. Continue mixing for a bit.

6. Use your hands in a bowl and knead the dough by using all the strength
from the hands of your palm for about 5-10 min until it is shiny and soft

7. Make it round and let it rest and rise on the bowl, by covering it with a
cloth or a lid for about 5-10 minutes.

8. Dust some flour on a clean work table of tray surface.

9. put the dough on a clean table or tray surface and continue kneading the
dough for another 5-10 min

10. If you have a hard time rolling to a snake size, you can cut the dough in half

11. you can use a rolling pin to roll out the dough  flat.

12. using your hands and roll the dough into like a snake size.

13. Cut the snake dough in half and combine how many pieces you want and
how big. Make sure to cover the rest of the pieces that are not using with a plastic
wrapping paper so it will not get dry.

14. Open the red bean paste can and put it in a bowl and set it aside.

you like that comes to mine. You can also take a bit of some pieces on a another dough
a bit to make a tail eyes if you like or small pieces of black sesame.

14. Repeat the same step for each one of them, the shape or animal of your desire. (just be creative)

15. cut out some square parchment or wax paper and place the
mantou on top of each one of them.

20. Take it out and place all Mantou on the plate and let it cool
or if you like it hot, you can eat it right away.
